Perform QC release testing of finished products, review analytical testing completed by junior scientists, support validation studies by creating test plans and executing testing, prepare stability reports and maintain accurate laboratory documentation, identify and investigate Out of Specification/Out of Trend results, ensure testing is completed accurately and in compliance with GMP, maintain laboratory standards through 5S and stock management, support audit readiness and quality system compliance, train colleagues where required
