Responsibilities
Define and maintain a market-aligned roadmap for the offering; Codify unique POV into diagnostics, playbooks, and governance frameworks; Partner with Account Managers to position the offering and co-sell opportunities; Act as a senior SME in assessments, roadmaps, pilots, and executive-level client workshops; Lead pilot governance and codify lessons into reusable IP; Produce collateral and messaging to strengthen market positioning; Train consultants and AMs on offering frameworks; Establish and monitor KPIs tied to client outcomes; Represent Oxford in the market through articles, presentations, and industry forums
