Own and evolve the end-to-end procurement operating model for Wisconsin and New Jersey plants; Define and implement procurement governance and tools aligned with global standards; Drive cost reduction, savings targets, and total landed cost reductions; Ensure continuity of supply for critical materials and manage supplier risks; Lead the Purchasing Department including operational buyers and planners; Build and develop a best-in-class procurement organization through coaching and succession planning; Define and track departmental KPIs linked to business objectives; Own inventory strategy balancing availability, capacity, and risk; Lead supplier identification, selection, and complex commercial negotiations; Act as primary US procurement interface to Operations, R&D, Quality, and Finance; Provide procurement leadership for NPI and end-of-life planning; Monitor and report procurement performance to leadership; Drive continuous improvement and sustainability projects.
