Responsibilities
Own value stream processes for CNC machining from raw stock to finished part release; Drive spindle time optimization across turning, milling, and multi-axis machining cells; Own and continuously improve machine scheduling practices using SAP CM25; Champion use of Siemens TMGR for tool presetting and life management; Define and enforce setup standards including work-holding and first-article verification; Lead root cause analysis on scrap and non-conformances; Develop and execute structured improvement roadmaps; Own and maintain manufacturing qualification matrix per SYNCHRO standards; Author and maintain Factory Standards, work instructions, and control plans; Ensure SAP routing data accurately reflects current process times and sequences; Build and maintain digital machine handbooks in SI08; Drive poka-yoke implementation across machining setups; Support process development in welding operations; Contribute to process improvements in secondary operations; Engage with intralogistics improvements
