Join our WA Engineering & Services (E&S) team in Welshpool and manage the essential administration that helps our people, customers and technical teams succeed.

This is a new role with genuine opportunity to grow as the branch expands.

About the role

You will report to the Branch Manager and provide day-to-day support across the entire E&S branch.

You will work with technical teams and customer enquiries across driveshaft, gas turbine valves, undercarriage and final drives, site work, conveyor servicing and hydraulics.

Your accuracy, responsiveness and customer focus will help the branch deliver reliable service, manage jobs efficiently and build trusted customer relationships.

What you will do on a day to day:

• Manage branch administration, including timesheet entry, data entry, filing and accurate recordkeeping.
• Process customer invoices and support job management activities.
• Manage inventory administration, stock movements, purchasing activities and freight coordination.
• Respond to customer phone and email enquiries, provide updates and direct requests to the right technical team.
• Support the Branch Manager with daily priorities and help coordinate the needs of multiple teams.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in an administration or coordination role, ideally in an industrial, trade, engineering or service environment.
• Experience in purchasing/ procurement administration will be highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and people-management skills, with confidence working across varied stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft D365 or a similar ERP/job-management system.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn the branch’s technical services.
