Motion Fluid Power Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Storeperson to join our Kalgoorlie branch, supporting mining and heavy industry customers across the region.

Motion Fluid Power Solutions is a trusted national supplier of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and pneumatic products. We support key Australian industries including mining, transport, construction, manufacturing, and agriculture.
Our Kalgoorlie branch plays an important role in keeping local operations running safely and efficiently.
About the Role
As a Sales & Storeperson, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing hydraulic and pneumatic solutions.
You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager, internal teams, and customers to:
• Provide friendly, professional customer service (in person, phone & email)
• Respond to product, pricing, stock and delivery enquiries
• Process sales and prepare customer orders
• Support daily store operations and stock handling
• Assist with general branch administration
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
This role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a hands-on environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re less focused on years of experience and more focused on attitude and genuine interest.
You’ll bring:
• 6–12 months’ experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations
• A willingness to learn about hydraulic and industrial products
• Strong communication skills and a helpful, solutions-focused mindset
• Good computer skills (Outlook and similar systems)
• Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Commitment to safety and following procedures
• Mechanical aptitude or exposure to trade/industrial environments is advantageous, but not essential.
