Responsibilities
Direct activities such as roadway construction, water and sewer installation, earthwork, landscape, irrigation, vertical construction, and public utility coordination; Ensure successful and timely delivery of new projects using construction schedules, contract documents, and permit compliance reports; Work with Area Construction Managers and Director of Construction to deliver completed home sites; Assist in creation of development budgets and value-engineer project designs; Develop working relationships with jurisdictional entities to maintain land use rights; Oversee projects from permit approvals through construction, plat recording, final certification, and community turnover; Manage field operations including erosion control, grading, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, hardscaping, and amenities; Manage HOA activities including meetings, budget analysis, and common open space improvements; Handle bond maintenance and retrieval of guaranties; Coordinate amenity and recreation center delivery to ensure proper marketing windows; Manage SWPPP compliance; Review project development budgets for reconciliation.
