Responsibilities
Bid out and contract design and engineering professionals for amenity plans and permits; Schedule and supervise daily trade partner activities; Ensure amenities are completed on schedule and within budget; Inspect work for compliance with municipal requirements and engineered plans; Plan and schedule all amenity-related construction activities from start to finish; Visit each development site at least twice a week to resolve issues; Maintain job site cleanliness and safety compliance; Lead, coach, and manage team members; Monitor reports and supervise trade partner's work; Assist Land Project Managers with entitlements and site development; Manage, maintain, and archive plans, records, and as-builts.
