Responsibilities
Clean all areas of guest rooms including changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, dusting, and emptying trash; Restock guestroom amenities and literature; Maintain linen closet in a clean and orderly manner; Respond to guest requests regarding room cleanliness and amenities; Report repairs, maintenance issues, unusual events, or alleged theft; Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority or refer to management; Follow safety policies, wear non-slip shoes, and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
