You set up your profile — CV, target role and preferences — once. CareerPlan then matches you to relevant openings and can submit applications on your behalf, or you can apply yourself. Four modes are available:

Each one waits in your Applications queue: you review the answers and the résumé (uploaded or generated by CareerPlan), approve, and CareerPlan submits it through the employer's system. |

In Auto Apply and Semiauto Apply, CareerPlan completes the application forms and any steps the employer's platform requires. Replies are collected in one place.

New employer platforms are added over time. Each becomes active automatically, with no action required on your part.
For a few large job boards, CareerPlan shows you the match and links you to the original posting rather than applying automatically. For a role from one of those boards, you apply on the original site; for all other sources, CareerPlan submits the application.
How is this different from LinkedIn's "Open to Work"?
"Open to Work" puts a badge on your profile and hopes someone notices — you still scroll the feed,
apply yourself, and chase every reply. That's passive about being found and manual about getting
hired. CareerPlan is passive on both sides: recruiters can still find you, warm and AI-matched, and
separately we match you to real openings, apply on your behalf, and track every reply — so you're
wanted and hunted for at the same time, in the background. You're only pinged for a real interview.
Why do some jobs show "View on source" instead of a description?
For some roles, CareerPlan doesn't display the full description inside the app — you're linked to the original posting to read it there.
Why can't I find a job I saw yesterday?
CareerPlan checks job freshness regularly and removes postings that are no longer active. If a role was filled or withdrawn, it stops appearing in feeds and search.
