The selected candidate will serve as the functional lead for our team of Program Control Analysts supporting the LIDS program, providing day-to-day guidance, quality oversight, and workload coordination while assuming increasing program management responsibility across a portfolio of task orders spanning development, production, and sustainment. This is a functional team-lead role and does not carry direct personnel-management responsibility.
